if ur chara to high of the lvl, u need make new character but at same ID

make new chara, make it lvl 10~20

then, go alker, meet celerian and take quest about

housing

go to alfred at here

finish the quest and u will get reward house beginer items

for 7 days

then klick that box and u get many house things

create a house

talk with alfred and klick [house] create a house

then, write ur house name

then done

buy house teleportation

you can use teleport scroll or portal house scroll, u can buy at

alfred,

and klick the house portal and u will directly go to ur house

klick decorating mode

drag all house item to house warehouse

after all house items are in warehouse, then now decorate ur house!

klick 2x the house items, drag into floor, [ like putting the mounts[twister/ship]]

 you can arrage it

finish!!! your house fell complete!!

you can get bonus buff by klick P near house point

and the ferry sure u can get exp's buff house every day,

limit is 1 buff for 1 days

every day you just can get 100 point, for special point is ur house point

ur dayly point will decrease but house point will not decrease when take a buff house!

trick : max buff need is 100 house point, so. every 7 days, u must taking new character, 1 house for 1 ID,
